CANCELLATION POLICY
All year long (High Season excluded):
- From the booking day up to 3 days before the check in: no penalty;
- Beyond this term and up to the day before the check in: penalty is 30% of the total amount of the stay and, in any case, not less than the price for the first night;
- The arrival day or in case of "no show": penalty is 100% of the total amount of the stay.
High Season:
- From the booking day up to 14 days before the check in: no penalty;
- Beyond this term and up to the seventh day before the check in: penalty is 30% of the total amount of the stay and, in any case, not less than the price for the first night;
- From sixth day day before the check in or in case of "no show": penalty is 100% of the total amount of the stay;
- Early departure: in case of early departure, without any reason, one has to pay the total amount of the stay.
